Common problems

Faucet does not activate

Check if the power supply is connected and providing constant 24V DC. Ensure it is not connected behind a light switch.

Low water flow

Check the sieve for debris. The sieve mesh must be ≤ 90 µm.

Sensor range is too short or too long

Adjust the detection range between 0.1 and 0.3 meters using the Sanela Control app or manual settings.

Before use

  • Ensure 24V DC power supply is available.
  • Verify hole diameter is 35mm.
  • Check water pressure (0.1 - 0.6 MPa).
  • Ensure power is not connected behind a light switch.
  • Flush water lines before final connection.
