The Sealey SS1 is a 1.5L hand pressure sprayer designed for various fluids, including water, herbicides, pesticides, and insecticides. Always depressurize the unit after use using the pressure relief button.

Safety Instructions

• Chemical Safety: Be aware of C.O.S.H.H. requirements for all fluids. Always label the vessel with the chemical used, even if it is just water.
• Personal Protection: Wear appropriate safety equipment, including eye protection, protective gloves, and a mask.
• Prohibited Uses: Do not spray at people, animals, or protected insect species. Do not use in high winds, near naked flames, or heat sources. Do not use to spray flammable liquids or solvents.
• Storage: Store the vessel in an outbuilding, away from foodstuffs and out of reach of children.
• Cross-Contamination: It is highly recommended to use individual vessels for individual chemicals.

Operation

1. Preparation: Grip the handle and rotate the vessel to separate it.
2. Filling: Fill the vessel to a maximum of 1.5L or the required volume, avoiding spillages.
3. Assembly: Re-attach the vessel, keeping it vertical, and rotate until hand-tight against the neck seal.
4. Pressurizing: Operate the pump plunger until resistance is felt.
5. Labeling: Attach a label indicating the contents.
6. Spraying: Operate the trigger to spray. Rotate the nozzle to switch between mist and jet settings.
7. Depressurizing: After use, operate the pressure relief valve to release pressure from the vessel.
8. Cleaning: Flush the exterior with water to clean off residuals and store safely.
