Quick guide from the manual
This document provides assembly and safety instructions for the Sealey WBR01 100L Heavy Duty Wheelbarrow. Always ensure the load is distributed evenly and do not exceed the weight capacity of 120kg. The tyre pressure must not exceed 25psi.
Assembly Instructions
Frame Assembly: Remove plastic wrapping and the component package from the cross member. The front support arm is pre-engaged with the frame but will require adjustment later.
Wheel Assembly: Locate the plastic bearing supports into the wheel hub recesses. Remove one bolt from the metal bearing shaft, slide the shaft through the wheel and frame brackets, then refit and tighten the bolt securely.
Pan and Frame Assembly: Partially invert the pan to access fixing holes. Pass screws from the inside through the frame, securing them with a plain washer, spring washer, and nut on the outside. Do not tighten fully until all fixings are in place.
Front Support Assembly: Adjust the support to align with the pan's fixing hole. Insert the screw from the inside and secure with washers and nut. Once all fixings are in place, apply final tightening to all components, taking care not to over-tighten.
