Installation steps
The installation involves removing the seat and rear covers of the motorcycle to access the mounting points. Follow the numbered sequence in the diagrams:
- Remove the seat (A) and rear covers (B, C, D) as shown in the diagrams.
- Position the mounting brackets (E, F) and secure them using the provided hardware (parts 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9).
- Ensure all parts are aligned before fully tightening the screws.
- Reassemble the motorcycle components.
Compatibility notes
This kit is compatible with Small (D1B29PA) and Medium (D1B40PA) mounting plates. It is not compatible with the aluminium mounting plate (D1BTRPA) or the Large mounting plate (D1B481PA).
