Common problems
Fixture does not operate in emergency mode
Ensure the unit is connected to an un-switched AC power source and that the battery has been charged for at least 24 hours.
Incompatible LED driver
Verify that the LED driver is 0-10V dimmable and 100W or less, or if non-dimmable, that the fixture does not exceed 15W.
Before use
- Verify the fixture is for indoor use only.
- Confirm the installation location is dry or damp.
- Ensure the AC power source is un-switched.
- Check that the LED driver wattage is within the specified limits (100W for dimmable, 15W for non-dimmable).
- Allow at least 24 hours for the initial battery charge.
