This document provides installation and configuration instructions for the Sunricher 150W 24V DALI DT6 NFC LED Driver. Key operations include DALI address assignment, NFC parameter configuration, and AC Push dimming setup. Ensure all wiring is completed before powering on the system.

Safety and Warnings

Do not install the device with power applied.
Do not expose the device to moisture.
Ensure the installation environment temperature does not exceed the specified limits.
Type C MCBs are strongly recommended for use with LED lighting.

Wiring Diagrams

The driver supports two primary control methods:

DALI Bus: Connect the DALI signal input to the DALI bus terminals.
AC Push Dimmer: Connect the AC Push switch to the PUSH DIM terminals for manual dimming control.

Ensure wire gauges are within the specified range: Input 0.75-2.5mm², Output 1.0-1.5mm².

Operation

NFC Programming

Parameters can be configured using the "SR NFC Tool" app on an NFC-enabled mobile device.

Download and open the "SR NFC Tool" app.
Ensure NFC is enabled on your phone and the NFC position is matched.
Do not power on the device before setting parameters.
Add the device in the app, unlock it, and configure parameters as required.

AC Push Function

Switch ON/OFF: Click the button.
Dimming: Press and hold the button to increase or decrease light intensity. Release to stop. Repeat the operation to reverse the dimming direction. The dimming range is 1% to 100%.

Input: 220-240VAC/VDC.
Dimming Interface: DALI Device Type 6 / AC Push.
Dimming Range: 0.1%-100% (DALI) / 1%-100% (Push).

Common problems

Device not responding to DALI commands

Ensure the DALI address is assigned and the DALI bus wiring is secure.

Dimming not working via Push switch

Verify the AC Push switch is correctly wired to the PUSH DIM terminals.

NFC programming fails

Ensure NFC is enabled on your phone, the phone is positioned correctly over the NFC area, and the device is not powered on.

Before use

Ensure power is disconnected before installation.
Verify the input voltage is 220-240VAC.
Check that wire gauges are within 0.75-2.5mm² (Input) and 1.0-1.5mm² (Output).
Ensure the LED load is 24V constant voltage.
Enable NFC on your mobile device for configuration.
