This document provides installation instructions for the SW-MOTECH STREET-RACK and the URBAN ABS Top Case. Before beginning, ensure the vehicle is parked safely, the engine is off, and the ignition key is removed. Always use a liquid thread locker on screws as specified in the instructions. Do not exceed the maximum load capacity: 5 kg for the STREET-RACK and 7.5 kg for the URBAN ABS Top Case. The maximum speed for both is 130 km/h (80 mph). These products are not suitable for off-road use.
Parts List
Before starting, verify that all parts listed in the manual are present. The STREET-RACK kit includes mounting brackets, struts, screws, washers, spacers, and plastic plugs. The URBAN ABS Top Case kit includes the locking system, waterproof inner bag, and mounting hardware (either for the rack or lashing variation).
Mounting the STREET-RACK
1. Remove the seat, passenger grips, and the tail fairing from the vehicle. Remove existing screws and washers as required.

2. Attach the mounting bracket (1) to the vehicle using the provided screws. Apply liquid thread locker. Do not fully tighten the screws yet.
3. Insert the four plastic plugs (9) into the ends of the mounting struts (5). Attach the mounting struts (5) to the vehicle as shown in the diagram. Apply liquid thread locker.
4. Attach the luggage rack (10) to the mounting bracket (1) and mounting struts (5). Once all components are positioned without tension, tighten all screws (2, 6, 11, 13) to the specified torque values provided in the parts list.
Mounting the URBAN ABS Top Case
Mounting to STREET-RACK:

1. Open the lid and inner zipper of the top case. Attach the locking system (4) under the top case (1). Ensure the locking lever is in the closed position.
2. To mount to the rack, turn the locking button to the open position and push the locking lever to the open position.
3. Slide the locking system (4) with the two hooks into the openings of the STREET-RACK. Press the top case slightly and close the locking lever until you hear a click.
4. Secure the top case using the anti-theft device (8) to prevent theft and ensure a proper fit.
Mounting via Lashing Variation:
1. Attach the foam rubber base (4) under the top case (1) and secure the cover plate (7) inside the top case.
2. Attach the two loop straps (11) to appropriate and reliable attachment points in the rear area of the vehicle (e.g., luggage hooks, footrest mounts, vehicle frame).
3. Ensure the straps do not contact hot or moving parts. Maintain at least 15 cm distance from the exhaust stream.
4. Attach the hook buckles of the loop straps (11) to the marked loops of the top case (1). Tighten all straps until the top case is centered and securely fastened. Secure the overlength of the straps with the rubber loops to prevent flapping.
Usage and Maintenance
Always ensure the top case is securely fastened before riding. Check the fixation of the product at every stop (every 200 km). Never store pointy or sharp-edged objects inside that could cause injury or damage. For cleaning, use only a soft textile brush, cloth, or sponge with warm soapy water. Rinse with clean water. Do not use harsh cleaning agents, rough tools, or high-pressure washers. Surface materials may experience color changes or fading when exposed to direct sunlight for extended periods.
