This document provides installation and safety instructions for the Tecnolite 09YDLED430MV series recessed LED downlight. The fixture requires a 130mm diameter cutout and a minimum of 25cm of ventilation space to operate safely. Always disconnect the power supply before performing any installation or maintenance work.
Installation
Follow these steps to install the downlight:
- Prepare the ceiling: Cut a hole in the ceiling with a diameter of 130mm. Ensure there is at least 25cm of free space around the fixture for proper ventilation.
- Electrical connection: Connect the fixture to the power supply. Ensure the Line and Neutral wires are correctly connected according to the electrical diagram provided.
- Mounting: Insert the fixture into the ceiling cutout. Use the spring clips to secure the light in place, ensuring it sits flush against the ceiling surface.
Safety and maintenance
To ensure safe operation and longevity of the product, adhere to the following guidelines:
- Safety: Keep the fixture at least 0.50 meters away from any combustible materials to avoid fire hazards.
- Power: Always disconnect the power source before installation or maintenance.
