The Traceable 100-Hour Mini Alarm Timer/Stopwatch features a 100-hour timing capacity, count up/down modes, a memory function, and a built-in clock with an alarm. The unit includes a "thru-zero" feature that allows the timer to count to the programmed time, alarm, and then continue counting up.
Count Down Alarm Timing
- Press the MODE key until TMR appears on the display.
- If the timer is running, press STOP, then press RESET to clear the display to zero.
- Press the (▲▼) key until ▼ appears on the display (▼ indicates count down).
- Press the number keys 0 through 9 to set the desired hours, minutes, and seconds.
- Press the START key to begin timing down.
Count Up Alarm Timing
- Press the MODE key until TMR appears on the display.
- If the timer is running, press STOP, then press RESET to clear the display to zero.
- Press the (▲▼) key until ▲ appears on the display (▲ indicates count up).
- Press the number keys 0 through 9 to set the desired hours, minutes, and seconds.
- Press the START key to begin counting up.
Memory Function
The memory function recalls the last programmed time for repetitive intervals.
- Set a programmed time and press START.
- When the alarm sounds, press any key to stop the tone.
- Press STOP to stop the display from counting up.
- Press MEMORY to recall the original programmed time.
- Press START to begin the memory time.
Note: If RESET is pressed when the time is stopped, it clears the display and the memory.
Clock and Alarm Settings
Clock Setting: Press MODE until CLK appears. Press (▲▼) until SET appears. Enter the time using number keys (use MEMORY for PM). Press (▲▼) to enter the time and start the seconds counting.
Alarm Setting: Press MODE until CLK appears. Press RESET, then AL. Press (▲▼) until SET appears. Enter the alarm time using number keys (use MEMORY for PM). Press (▲▼) to enter. The "(((A" symbol on the display indicates the alarm is active.
Battery Replacement
If the display is incorrect or blank, the battery should be replaced. Compatible batteries include RAYOVAC RW42, DURACELL 0357, and EVEREADY 357. Insert the battery with the positive side facing you.
Practical help
Common problems
You entered an illegal time (e.g., >59 minutes/seconds or >12 hours for clock). Press RESET and enter a valid time.
Replace the battery (RAYOVAC RW42, DURACELL 0357, or EVEREADY 357).
The time-of-day alarm is active. Turn off the alarm to stop the hourly tone.
Before use
- Ensure the battery is installed with the positive side facing you.
- Press MODE to select TMR for timer functions or CLK for clock functions.
- Use the (▲▼) key to toggle between count up (▲) and count down (▼) modes.
- Press RESET to clear the display to zero before starting a new entry.
