Safety and Network Security

To ensure safe operation and network security, observe the following:

  • Battery Safety: Turn off the box when not in use to extend battery life. Battery performance may degrade at low temperatures. Avoid high/low temperatures and pressure during storage and transport. Do not replace the battery yourself or dispose of it in fire.
  • Power Usage: The DC12V output and PoE output cannot be used at the same time to prevent power failure due to insufficient battery.
  • Network Security: Change the default password immediately. Keep firmware updated. Disable UPnP if not needed. Isolate the video surveillance network from other service networks.
  • Installation: Ensure the device is installed on a flat surface with adequate ventilation. Do not stack devices.
