Installation

The installation process involves wall-mounting the unit. Ensure the unit is mounted at a height of 1.55 to 1.60 meters. For recessed installation, the embedding box (Ref. 1122/60) must be purchased separately.

  • Follow the provided mounting template to drill holes.
  • Secure the base to the wall using the provided screws and anchors.
  • Connect the wiring according to the diagrams.
  • Attach the front panel to the base.

Wiring

The system requires a 2-wire connection. The minimum wire diameter depends on the distance between the transformer and the push-button panel:

  • Up to 60m: 0.5 mm²
  • Up to 90m: 0.75 mm²
  • Up to 110m: 1 mm²

Refer to the basic wiring diagram for connections involving the transformer, door phone, and electric lock. Ensure the electric lock is connected to the appropriate terminals (SE1, SE2).

Operation and Settings

The device allows for basic audio adjustments:

  • Calling Tone: You can select between two melodies. Set the switch to 1 (default) or 2.
  • Volume Control: The volume can be adjusted using the slider on the side of the unit. Options include Maximum volume, Minimum volume, and Mute (Chiamata esclusa).
