This document provides instructions for installing the Yoshimura Fender Eliminator Kit (075BG196810) on the Triumph Street Triple 765. Important: This product is not DOT approved and is not intended for use on public highways. Always check local laws and regulations for compliance before installation and use.

Parts List

The kit includes the following components:

• Fender Eliminator Bracket (19681-FEBKT)
• License Plate Light (075BG-LH-T2)
• License Plate Bracket (FE-LP-BKT)
• OEM Turn Signal Bracket (19681-TSB-B)
• Various hardware: 6mm washers, 6mm lock nuts, aluminum spacers, and assorted button head/flat head screws.

Removal

1. Remove the passenger seat.
2. Locate and disconnect the rear fender's sub-harness connector.
3. Securely support the stock fender assembly, remove the four bolts securing it, and carefully remove the assembly, ensuring not to damage the license plate light and turn signal connectors.
4. Disassemble the stock rear fender, disconnect the turn signals and license plate light, and remove the sub-harness (to be re-used).
5. Remove the OEM rubber spacer from between the under-tail and stock rear fender; this part will not be re-used.

Installation

1. Reconnect the stock rear fender's sub-harness to the main wiring harness connector inside the tail section.
2. Install the stock rear turn signals onto the 19681-TSB-B OEM turn signal bracket using stock hardware.
3. Install the 19681-TSB-B turn signal bracket and FE-LP-BKT license plate bracket onto the 19681-FEBKT fender eliminator bracket using M6X12FS-SS flat head screws.
4. Install the 075BG-LH-T2 license plate light onto the 19681-FEBKT bracket using M4X6BHS button head screws.
5. Route the connectors for the license plate light and stock turn signals through the left hole of the under-tail and connect to the sub-harness.
6. Install the 19681-FEBKT assembly onto the rear fender mounting point using M6X20BHS button head screws, ALS-075 aluminum spacers, and 6MMLN-SS nylon lock nuts. Torque to 10 Ft-lbs / 13.5 N-m.
7. Re-install the passenger seat and verify the function of the license plate light, turn signals, and brake light.

Wiring and Routing

Before securing the license plate light with button head screws, ensure the wires and connector are routed through the channel of the fender eliminator bracket so they rest above the bracket. Similarly, route the OEM turn signal wires and connectors through the channel of the 19681-FEBKT bracket to ensure they rest above the bracket.
