Remote Control Functions
The remote allows for independent control of the fan, light, and heater.

- Power: Turns the whole unit ON or OFF.
- Heater: Turns the heater ON/OFF separately.
- Temperature Control: Use the Up and Down arrows to increase or decrease the desired room temperature.
- Fan Speed: Use the Up and Down arrows to adjust the ceiling fan speed.
- Light: Press and release to turn the light ON/OFF. Press and hold to dim the light. The light features an auto-resume function, maintaining the last brightness setting.
LCD Display
The LCD screen provides real-time feedback on your settings:

- Power Status: Indicates if the unit is active.
- Temperature: Displays both the target temperature and the actual room temperature.
- Heat Setting: Shows the current heating status.
- Fan Settings: Shows the current fan speed status.
- Units: You can toggle between Fahrenheit and Celsius.
PTC Heater Operation
The heater is designed for supplemental heat and should not replace your home's main heating source. The temperature range is 40°F to 99°F (4.4°C to 37.2°C).

- Low Wattage Mode: Automatically activates when the desired temperature is set to ≤ 80°F (26°C).
- High Wattage Mode: Automatically activates when the desired temperature is set to > 80°F (26°C).
- Safety Features: The heater includes a built-in thermostat that cuts power if the unit overheats (at 185°F/85°C). You will hear a click sound when this activates or resets.
- Cool Down: The small heater fan will continue to run for several minutes after the heater stops to cool down the PTC element.
Maintenance
- Inspection: Due to natural fan movement, check support connections, brackets, and blade attachments twice a year to ensure they are secure.
- Cleaning: Clean the fan periodically using a soft brush or lint-free cloth. Do not use water, as it may damage the motor or cause electrical shock.
- Lubrication: The motor has permanently lubricated sealed ball bearings and does not require oiling.
- Safety Warning: Always turn off power at the electrical panel before performing repairs. Do not touch the heater while it is working or for at least 1 hour after it stops.
